At Keyport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
